Motivation Analysis of Logistics Industry Development In Changsha City

基于物流产业空间格局演化,分析物流产业发展动因机制.结合试点城市特点,构建试点城市物流产业影响因素模型,运用回归分析对长沙市物流产业影响因素进行实证研究.研究结果表明:服务业的市场需求、服务业的开放度、信息技术水平和市场反映能力,对长沙市物流产业发展有正向促进作用.

Based on the spatial pattern of logistics industry evolution, this paper analyzed the motivation mechanism of logistics industry development according to the characteristics of the pilot cities, and constructed the influencing factors model of logistics industry by using empirical study of Changsha logistics industry with the regression analysis. The result shows the market demand of service industry, the open degree of service industry, the power of information technology and the ability of marker reflection are playing the positive role in Dromotin- the development of logistics industry.
