新疆油田注汽管线保温现状分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 新疆油田公司注汽管线多使用复合硅酸盐瓦保温材料,由于建设跨度时间长,运行环境相对恶劣,保温管线多数存局部严重破损,散热损失较大。为了对比研究不同材料、工艺、使用年限的注汽管线的保温现状及保温效果,选取了具有代表性的注汽管线,利用热成像技术和表面温度法分别对注汽管线的保温效果进行定性和定量的分析研究。经对比分析,与双层硅酸盐瓦相比,纳米气凝胶和复合硅酸盐涂料散热损失较小,节能率为37%左右。建议新建保温管线以节能运行和经济效益为评价指标优选高效节能的保温结构。 The composite silicate insulation material is often used in steam injection pipeline of Xinjiang oilfield.Due to the longer construction time and bad operation environment,most of thermal insulation pipes have been seriously damaged in local,its heat loss is bigger.To compare and analyze the insulation status and effect of steam injection pipeline in the case of different material,process and service life period,several typical steam injection pipelines have been selected,heat preservation effect of steam injection pipeline is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by using thermal imaging technology and the method of surface temperature.Through comparative analysis,the heat loss of nanometer aerogel and composite silicate coating is smaller than double-deck silicate tile,their energy-saving rate is 37%.With energy-saving operation and economic benefit as the evaluation index,the high efficiency and energy-saving insulation structure is preferred in the new insulation pipeline.
