摘要
对于低产抽油机井,存在着设备负载率低、能耗高等不易解决的问题,也存在着机型老化、维修困难、故障点多等生产管理问题。提捞式抽油机具有节电效果显著,易于生产管理的优点,其举升工艺具有智能控制系统,采用间歇式提捞采油,设备维护方便,实现了自动启停、自动量油、自动测量动液面等智能化运行功能,应用节能型提捞式抽油机能有效地避免上述问题。现场应用表明,提捞式抽油机举升方式能够达到正常生产的需求,平均单井百米吨液耗电降低12.22 k Wh,日节电率高达86.06%,具有广泛的经济和社会效益,具有良好的应用前景。
For low-production pumping wells,there is some problems to be solved easily,such as lower load rate of equipment,higher energy-consumption,older type,difficult maintenance and more fault points.The bailing oil pumping unit has better electric-saving effect and easy production management.The intelligent control system has been installed in lifting process,the intermittent oil recovery has been used,and the auto-start-stop,auto-oil-guaging and auto-measurement of dynamic liquid level can be realized.The field application shows that the bailing oil pumping unit can meet the requirements of production.12.22 kWh/100m·t of electric has been saved.The electric-saving rate per day is 86.06%.The technology has better economic and social benefits.
