油田加热炉磁翻板水位计堵塞问题的应对措施 被引量:1

摘要 针对油田加热炉磁翻板水位计堵塞问题,制定了应对措施,并开展了大量现场试验。通过扩大连通管径并安装隔离控制阀门、增设稳定缸、实行双水位计并联读数、安装排污冲洗阀门、利用采暖水改造冲洗流程,逐步完善水位计运行状况,实现了定期在线冲洗水位计。水位计清理周期从3天逐步延长至3个月,保证了加热炉平稳运行,取得了年节水306 t、节气15 552 m3的良好节能效果。 Aiming at the blocking problem of the magnetic flap water level gauge of the heating furnace in the oilfield,solutions arc worked out and the field test is conducted.Through enlarging the diameter of the communicating pipe,installing the isolating control valve,adding the stabilizing cylinder,realizing the paralleling reading of double water level gauges,installing the dumping and flushing valve,and using heating water to achieve flushing process,the running conditions of water level gauges is improved and online regular washing of water level gauges is achieved.By doing so,the cleaning period of water level gauges prolongs from three days to three months,which ensures the smooth running of the heating furnace and realizes a good energy-saving effect that can save 306 t of water and 15,552 m^3 of gas.
