摘要
原油稳定装置生产的轻烃含有部分水,冬季管输时为防止出现水合物冻堵而加注甲醇。甲醇加注量过多,增加装置的物耗和能耗。为了解决上述问题,新建了一套甲醇自动加注防冻堵系统,通过对轻烃含水量的检测和轻烃输送量的综合计算,适时调节甲醇加注量,实现了既不发生冻堵,又节能的目的。每年节约甲醇148 t,节电4700 k Wh,经过装置实际运行检验,应用效果良好。
There is a little bit water in the light hydrocarbon produced in the crude oil stabilization plant.Methanol must be mixed in the flowing light hydrocarbon to prevent hydrate freezing in winter.Excessive methanol mixing increases the plant' s consumption of material and energy.A set of automatic methanol mixing anti-freezing system has been built.Through calculating for the water content and transport capacity of light hydrocarbon,the system can adjust the amount of methanol mixing on real time.The frozen blocking and energy-saving can be realized by using this system.148 t of methanol and 4700 kWh of power can be saved per year.
