摘要
通过新增高调水换热器和半水煤气换热器逐级吸收高调水和压缩机一、二段出口的半水煤气的余热,产生热水驱动溴化锂制冷机组。利用溴化锂制冷机组产生的冷冻水来冷却压缩机进口的半水煤气,从而提高压缩机的效率,降低能耗。本项目综合利用余热,产生了良好的经济效益。
The waste-heat within the water from high-pressure scrubber and semi-water gas from the compressor outlet are absorbed to heat hot water in new exchangers. Then the hot water created are used to drive lithium-bromide refrigeration units. The cold water was produced to cool down the gas at compressor inlet. In this system, the efficiency of the compressor will be highly improved, the energy consumption can be reduced, and waste-heat is comprehensive used. It will made great economic benefits.
