摘要 对理想状态下BTA钻杆的涡动进行研究。通过对涡动模型的简化,得到两端铰支座转子杆,并对钻杆的涡动机理进行分析。假设工件内孔与钻杆始终为线接触,在钻杆外圆上取一点A,即可得到固定点A的运动轨迹。最后运用MATLAB中的plot应用对其运动轨迹进行仿真,得出转速和间隙对钻杆涡动频率的影响规律,以提高钻杆的稳定性。 This paper studies the ideal state of drill pipe' s eddy. By simplifying the model of vortex, this paper gets both ends hinged bearing rotor pole, and analyses the whirling theories of drill pipe . Provided that the inner hole of work piece and drill pipe always keep contact in a line, and then take A bit of A on the outside circle of the drill pipe, we can get a fixed trajectory. Finally using plot application in the Matlab simulate the motion trail, we can know the influence of the speed and the clearance to the vortex frequency of drill pipe, it is useful for us to improve the stability of the drill pipe.
