摘要
为了提高圆度误差的评定精度和效率,提出均匀设计搜索算法的圆度误差评定方法。首先随机取点构造圆,以该圆心为中心做边长为零件精度两倍的正方形,采用均匀设计搜索算法,计算均匀搜索点与测量点距离的极大值、极小值和极差;然后以最小极差值为新圆心,不断缩小正方形半径,直到搜索终止。经实例证明,均匀设计搜索算法简单,评定精度高,搜敛速度快,对实际圆度误差评定有指导意义。
In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of roundness error evaluation, the searching algorithm of uniform design is proposed. First a circle by random measurement points is constructed to make a square which has a length twice as much as error. The maximum value, the minimum value and the extreme value between searching points and measuring points are calculated by the search algorithm of uniform design. The searching point is regarded as the new center of circle that the extreme value is minimum value and the length of square is shortened to search for repetitions until the search is terminated. The examples show that the searching algorithm of uniform design is simple and easy to be mastered and the roundness error evaluation has high precision and rapid converging speed which has a great guiding significance for practical measuring work.
