奥氮平、辛伐他汀联合用药对精神分裂症患者脂质代谢的影响

Clinical observation of olanzapine combined with simvastatin on lipid metabolism in schizophrenia medication spirit

目的 探讨奥氮平联合辛伐他汀治疗对患者的临床效果及脂质代谢的影响。方法 选取2012年1月~2015年6月在本院精神科治疗的48例精神分裂症患者采用抽签法进行随机分组,其中观察组（奥氮平＋辛伐他汀）和对照组（奥氮平）各24例,疗程8周。结果 治疗前、治疗2周、4周、8周,两组患者的PANSS评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗2周、4周、8周,两组患者的PANSS评分均呈逐渐降低的趋势（P〈0.05）;治疗前,两组患者的TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、FPG、Fins、BMI差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗8周后,观察组患者的TG、TC、LDL-C、FPG、Fins均显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗后,对照组患者的TG、TC、LDL-C、FPG、Fins较治疗前显著提高（P〈0.05）。结论 奥氮平联合辛伐他汀治疗精神分裂症患者不会影响治疗效果,同时能够有效减轻奥氮平治疗过程中引起的血脂、血糖代谢紊乱。

Objective To investigate the effect of olanzapine combined with simvastatin on lipid metabolism in the patients with schizophrenia. Methods 48 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two group, in- eluding observation group （olanzapine ＋ simvastatin） and control group （olanzapine） . The course of treatment for every patients was 8 weeks. Results PANSS scores of patients in the two groups was not statistically significant difference before treatment and after two weeks, four weeks and eight weeks of treatment, （P 〉 0.05 ） . PANSS score of patients in both groups showed a decreased trend （P〈0.05）; before treatment, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, FPG, Fins, BMI of patients in two groups was no significant difference （P〉 0.05 ）, after treatment, TG, TC, LDL-C, FPG, Fins in the observation group patients were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）; After 8 weeks of treat- ment, TG, TC, LDL-C, FPG, Fins of patients in the control group significantly increased than those before treatment （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion Olanzapine combined with simvastatin will not affect the treatment effect in patients with schizophrenia, and can effectively reduce the abnormality in lipids, blood glucose metabolism caused by the olanzap- inc.
