综合优质护理对老年股骨颈骨折患者的临床疗效

The clinical effect of comprehensive quality nursing care on elderly patients with femoral neck fracture

目的研究综合优质护理对老年股骨颈骨折患者的临床疗效。方法选择2013年6月至2015年7月在我院接受治疗的老年股骨颈骨折患者164例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各82例。观察组采用综合优质护理,对照组采用常规护理。对比两组护理效果以及并发症的发生情况。结果两组护理前焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分对比无差异(P>0.05)。护理后两组的SAS和SDS评分较护理前均降低,且观察组SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理前躯体疼痛、生理功能、情感职能、精神健康等4个维度评分以及总体评分对比均无显著差异(P>0.05),护理后两组患者上述指标评分较护理前均升高,且观察组各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在护理后治疗依从性得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合优质护理能更有效改善老年股骨颈骨折病患焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高病患生活质量、护理满意度以及治疗依从性。

Objective To investigate effect of comprehensive quality nursing on elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods 164 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture treated in our hospital from June 2013 to July 2015 were selected and were divided into control group and observation group randomly, 82 cases for each group. These patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures and those patients in the observation group received comprehensive quality nursing. Then the nursing efficacy and complication situations between the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results There was no significant differences of SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before intervention （P 〉 0.05 ） .After intervention, the scores of the scales above in the two groups were both lower than that before intervention, meanwhile the scores of SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .There was no significant differences of 4 dimensions scores of physical pain, physical function, emotional function, mental health between the two groups before intervention （P〉0.05） . After intervention, the scores of the scales above in the two groups were both higher than that before intervention, meanwhile the scores of the indexes mentioned above in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） .After nursing intervention, the nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance of the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Comprehensive quality nursing can be more effective to improve the anxiety and depression mood of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.It can also be more effective to improve the quality of life, nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance of the patients.
