SWOT分析法对肾结石患者负性情绪及护理质量的影响

Effect of SWOT analysis on negative emotion and nursing quality in the nursing supervision of kidney stone

目的探讨SWOT分析法在肾结石护理管理中的临床应用价值,分析其对患者负性情绪及护理质量的影响。方法将我院泌尿外科收治的188例肾结石患者平均分为两组,对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用SWOT分析法分析肾结石护理管理的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战,并制定相应的护理策略,对比两组患者护理前后负性情绪及护理质量。结果实施护理前,两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分无显著差异(P>0.05),而经过护理之后,两组的负性情绪均显著缓解,其中研究组的SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组,研究组的护理风险事件和护患纠纷发生率较对照组明显降低(P<0.01),护理满意度较对照组明显提升(P<0.01)。结论 SWOT分析法有助于科学分析护理问题,制定妥善的护理对策,对于维护肾结石患者情绪稳定,保障生命健康具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of SWOT analysis in the nursing supervision of kidney stone, and analyze its effect on negative emotion and nursing quality. Methods 188 hospitalized patients with kidney stone were divided into research group and control group, the control group received traditional nursing, while the re- search group received SWOT analysis, the superiority, weakness, opportunity and threat of the nursing management of kidney stone were investigated, then we formulated corresponding nursing strategies. Results Before the applica- tion of nursing, there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between these two groups （ P 〉0.05 ）, after the application of nursing, the negative emotion of these groups improved significantly, and the SAS and SDS scores of patients in research group were markedly lower than those in control group （P 〈 0.01 ） . The nursing risk events rate and nurse-patient disputes rate in research group were significantly lower than those in control group （P 〈 0.01 ）, simultane- ously, nursing service satisfaction degree in research group were significantly higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusion SWOT analysis is conductive to the scientific analysis of nursing problems and formulation of proper nurs- ing countermeasures. Therefore, SWOT analysis might be of great value in maintaining emotional stability and protect- ing the patients＇ life health.
