摘要
目的探讨细节护理管理联合心理护理对手术室腔镜器械准备差错率及零部件遗失率的影响。方法将我院2014年5月至2015年5月未实施细节护理管理联合心理护理完成的1780台腔镜手术与2015年5月至2016年5月实施细节护理管理联合心理护理后完成的1915台腔镜手术对比,对其手术室腔镜器械准备差错、零部件遗失发生情况及临床医师对临床护理人员工作的满意度等进行统计分析。结果细节护理管理联合心理护理实施后护理人员的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分显著低于实施前(P<0.05),手术室腔镜器械准备差错率、零部件遗失率均显著低于实施前(P<0.05),临床医师对临床护理人员工作的满意度(88.0%)显著高于实施前(56.0%)(P<0.05)。结论细节护理管理联合心理护理能够更有效缓解护理人员的焦虑情绪,降低手术室腔镜器械准备差错率及零部件遗失率,提高临床医师对临床护理人员工作的满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of details nursing management combined with psychological nursing on the error rate of endoscopic equipment and loss rate of parts and so on in the operation room. Methods A total of 1780 sets of endoscoic surgery in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 before the implementation of details nursing management combined with psychological nursing and a total of 1915 sets of laparoscopic surgery from May 2015 to May 2016 after the implementation of details nursing management combined with psychological nursing were selected, the error rate of endoscopic equipment and loss rate of parts in the operation room and the clinicians＇ satis- faction with clinical nurses＇ work were statistically analyzed. Results The nurses＇ SAS scores after the implementation of details nursing management combined with psychological nursing was significantly lower than before it （ P〈0.05 ）, the error rate of endoscopic equipment and loss rate of parts in the operation roomwere significantly lower than before the implementation （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the clinicians＇ satisfaction with clinical nurses＇ work （ 88.0 % ） after the inteventionwas significantly higher than before the it （ 56.0 % ）（ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Details nursing management combined with psychological nursing can be more effective to ease the nurses＇ anxiety, reduce the error rate of endoscopic equipment and loss rate of parts and so on in the operation roomand increase the clinicians＇ satisfaction with clinical nurses＇ work.
