摘要
目的对糖尿病患者分别采用健康教育以及心理护理,观察比较两种处理方式对糖尿病患者抑郁、焦虑情绪的疗效。方法以本院2015年接收的120例糖尿病患者为对象,采用回顾分析法,对全部糖尿病患者的病历资料进行分析,在常规治疗的基础上,将只接受健康教育的60例糖尿病患者分配到对照组,将接受心理护理合并健康教育的另外60例糖尿病患者分配到实验组,观察并对比两组糖尿病患者护理前后的抑郁、焦虑评分情况。结果经心理护理以及健康教育干预之后,实验组糖尿病患者的焦虑评分以及抑郁评分情况要显著优于对照组,并且两组糖尿病患者的焦虑评分以及抑郁评分差异(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上,再对糖尿病患者采用健康教育合并心理护理,能够更有效帮助糖尿病患者改善抑郁、焦虑情绪,提高生活质量。
Objective To use in patients with diabetes health education and psychological nursing, observe its effect on diabetes patients with depression and anxiety symptoms. Methods Our hospital in 2015, received 120 cases of diabetic patients, a retrospective analysis, analysis of all the medical records of patients with diabetes, on the ba- sis of conventional treatment, will accept the health education of 60 patients with diabetes were assigned to the control group, will accept the psychological nursing and health education and 60 patients with diabetes were assigned to the experimental group, observe and compare the two groups of patients with diabetes care before and after the depression, anxiety score. Results After psychological nursing and health education intervention, the experimental group score of anxiety in the patients with diabetes and depression scores were significantly better than control group, and scores of anxiety in the two groups of patients with diabetes and depression score differences (P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment, and then USES the health education and psychological nursing in patients with diabe- tes, can effectively help diabetics improve the symptoms of depression, anxiety, improve the quality of life.
