摘要 挖掘机在工作过程中制动频繁,能量损耗大,为了回收制动回转过程中的能量,设计了液压混合动力挖掘机的回转系统,利用蓄能器回收制动能量,同时阐述了液压混合动力的工作原理,并进行了试验研究和分析.结果表明:液压混合动力降低了液压泵的功率损耗和液压马达的压力波动.在节能方面蓄能器的能量回收效率达到74.75%,达到了节能的目的. In the work process,the excavator brakes frequently with a result of big loss energy.The rotating system of hydraulic hybrid excavator is designed in order to recover the energy during braking.It uses the accumulator to recover the braking energy.And the experiment research and the analysis are carried on.The results show that the hydraulic hybrid power reduces the power loss of the hydraulic pump and the pressure fluctuation of the hydraulic motor.In the aspect of energy saving,the energy recovery efficiency reaches 74.75%,which achieves the purpose of energy saving.
