摘要
介绍目前城市轨道交通人才培训市场的基本特征,从城市轨道交通建设规模、参建单位分工和建设人员层级特点等维度,分析城市轨道交通人才培训的重点。同时,基于FAST培训理论,设计适用于城市轨道交通课程开发的培训模型,并给出相应的实例分析;最后,对城市轨道交通开展培训工作提出可行性建议,以期使提出的课程开发模型,可应用于铁路、公路等基础设施建设培训工作。
The paper introduces the basic character about talent training market of urban rail transit, and analyses the main content of talent training from four respects bout construction scale, labor division of company and the position of staffs.Based on the theory of FAST, the article designs the model of course exploitation in urban rail transit.Finally feasible suggestions of the training are put forward in the urban rail transit.Research method of this paper can also be applied to the construction of railways, highways and other infrastructure training investigation work.
