The Problems and Countermeasures of Governance in the New Media Era

新媒体时代的到来,不仅改变了社会的信息交流方式,也使得政府治理环境发生了很大转变。由此带来政治参与主体的大众化、政治组织形态的虚拟化、公众民意表达的碎片化、主流舆论传播信息弱化等诸多困境。面对这一困境,通过塑造新媒体环境下政府治理崭新形象、提升新媒体环境下政府舆情监控能力、加强新媒体环境下政府法律法规建设、构建科学立体的网络舆情应急新体系等方式积极应对新媒体时代,不断提升政治治理的水平,实现政府治理的现代化。

The arrival of the new media era has not only changed the way of social information exchange,but also made the governance environment change a lot,which has consequently brought the popularity of political participation subject,the formation of political organization,the fragmentation of public opinion expression,the weakening of public opinion communication information mainstream and other problems. Faced with these problems,we should cope with the new media era actively,constantly improve the level and achieve the modernization of the governance in the new media era by creating a new image of the governance,improving the ability of monitor of public opinion of the government,strengthening the construction of the laws and regulations and establishing a new emergency system of scientific and solid network public opinion.
