随着新型农村社会养老保险制度和城镇居民社会养老保险制度统一为城乡居民基本养老保险制度,我国社会养老保险制度更加完善,较好的适应了我国统筹城乡发展现实需要。同时,要用发展的眼光审视城乡居民基本养老保险制度在农村地区实施过程中出现的农民参保积极性低、养老保险基金筹集及保值增值困难等问题,及时采取相关对策措施加以解决,有效提高我国农村地区社会养老保险制度的覆盖面。

With the unification from new rural social endowment insurance system and urban residents social old-age insurance system to urban and rural residents basic old-age insurance system,China＇s social pension insurance system has got more improved and better adapted to the real needs of China＇s urban and rural development. We should take the view of development to examine the problems of the basic old-age insurance system for urban and rural residents in the implementation process in rural areas,such as farmers＇ low participating enthusiasm and the old-age insurance fund raising and value-increasing difficulty,and take timely measures to effectively improve the coverage of social old-age care in rural areas.
