摘要
"慕课"是一种新的教育形式,是技术渗透到教育领域的必然结果。进入"慕课"时代后,大学英语教学模式呈现新的特点,教师的角色地位也发生了深刻的变化。在"慕课"背景下,新时代的大学英语教师要以"慕课"为平台,转换自身角色,完成职业认同感建构;以"慕课"为契机,探索创新教学模式;以"慕课"为机遇,努力提高自身教学胜任力,实现自身跨越式发展,不断跟上时代发展的步伐。
MOOC,a new educational form,is the inevitable result of technology penetration into the field of education. College English teaching model has a new feature and the role of teachers has also been a profound change after entering the MOOC era. Under the background of MOOC,teachers should change their own roles to complete the occupation identity construction,explore and create teaching mode and strive to improve their teaching competence to realize leapfrog development and keep pace with the development of the times.
