摘要
自近代以来,我国大学外语专业教育领域杰出人才辈出,归功于其外语专业人才培养的特色,主要表现为:以通识教育理念为主导,在专业课程设置上重视文化素养的熏陶,逐渐以学贯中西的本土教师为主,并强调非正式教育潜移默化的熏陶作用。这些人才培养经验为我国当前大学外语专业人才培养改革提供重要启示:首先,大学尤其是综合性大学的外语专业应以培养人文通识型外语人才为主;其次,外语专业应完善通识教育课程结构,构建以文学、文化类课程为主的专业课程体系;再次,高素质的专业教师队伍是人才培养工作的关键;最后,丰富多彩的课外活动是营造良好通识教育氛围的有效途径。
Since late 19 th century,a large number of outstanding foreign language talents have emerged,partly thanks to the then foreign language talent training.In the universities at that time,the notion of general education played the leading role;cultural quality is emphasized in curriculum setting;domestic teachers expert at both Chinese and Western language and culture occupied most of the teaching positions;extra-curriculum education received sufficient attention.These characteristics provide beneficial references for contemporary foreign education in educational notion,curriculum setting,faculty construction and extra-curriculum activities.
