摘要
目的:探讨表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、原癌基因人类表皮生长因子受体2(HER-2)、血小板衍生生长因子受体α(PDGFR-α)、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)在子宫内膜癌中的表达及与其肌层浸润的相关性。方法:选择我院病理科100例子宫内膜癌患者的病理及临床资料进行回顾性分析。利用免疫组化法检测癌组织中EGFR、HER-2、PDGFR-α、ER和PR的表达量。结果:EGFR在G_2级子宫内膜癌组织中的表达量最高,HER-2在肿瘤细胞中的表达增加量无统计学意义(P>0.05),PR和ER在肿瘤细胞中的表达量显著减少(P<0.05);随手术分期由Ⅰ期到Ⅱ期,HER-2的表达量逐渐升高,而EGFR、PDGFR-α、PR、ER的表达量均不同程度下降(P<0.05);随肌层浸润程度的增加,PR、ER的表达量明显下降(P<0.05),其余标志物的表达与肿瘤肌层浸润的关系不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:EGFR、HER-2、PDGFR-α在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达与手术分期相关,ER、PR在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达与临床病理分级、手术分期及肌层浸润程度均相关。检测5种标志物在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达,可以为临床诊疗提供科学的依据。
Objective: To explore the expressions of EGFR, HER-2 ,PDGFR-α, ER and PR in endometrial cancer and their relations with myometrial invasion. Methods: One hundred patients with endometrial cancer in our hospital were selected as research subjects, and the clinical specimens of the patients were retrospectively analyzed. All the specimens were immunohistochemically stained for detecting the expressions of EGFR, HER-2, PDGFR-α, ER and PR in endometrial carcinoma. Results: With the increase of histological grade, the expression of HER-2 increased continuously in endometrial cancer,but the difference was not significant( P 〉 0.05 ). The expression of PR and ER decreased continuously in endometrial cancer, the difference being statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of HER-2 increased with the clinical stage of the tumor, while the expression of EGFR, PDGFR-α, PR and ER decreased with the stage in endometrial cancer, the difference being statistically significant( P 〈 0.05 ) The expression of PR and ER decreased with the muscular invasion of tumor with significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) The expression of other three biomarkers was not significantly related with myometrial invasion ( P 〉 0.05 ) Conclusion: The positive expression rates of EGFR, HER-2 and PDGFR-α in endometrial cancer are closely related with clinical stage. The positive expression rates of ER and PR are closely associated with pathological grade, clinical stage and myometrial invasion. Detection of the expression of five biomarkers in endometrial cancer is significant,which contributes to early prediction of endometrial cancer.
