左卡尼汀联合复合辅酶对重症慢性心力衰竭患者CRP、BNP水平及心功能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of L-carnitine combined with coenzyme complex on the levels of CRP and BNP and the cardiac function in severe chronic heart failure patients

摘要 目的:探讨左卡尼汀联合复合辅酶对重症慢性心力衰竭患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、B型尿钠肽(BNP)水平及心功能的影响。方法:选择我院治疗的180例重症慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分成观察组和对照组各90例。对照组予常规抗心力衰竭药物治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上增加左卡尼汀联合复合辅酶治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血清CRP、BNP水平变化及心功能改善情况。结果:观察组患者治疗后左心室收缩末内径(LVESD)、舒张末内径(LVEDD)及血清CRP、BNP水平明显低于对照组,射血分数(LVEF)和6 min步行最远距离明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗总有效率也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:左卡尼汀联合复合辅酶治疗重症慢性心力衰竭,可以显著降低患者血清CRP和BNP水平,改善心功能,同时降低心肌耗氧,提升患者运动耐量。 Objective:To explore the effect of L-carnitine combined with coenzyme complex on the levels of CRP and BNP and the cardiac function in severe chronic heart failure patients. Methods: One hundred and eighty patients with severe chronic heart failure treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 90 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, while the observation group was treated with metformin and L-carnitine combined with coenzyme complex based on conventional therapy. The levels of CRP and BNP and the cardiac function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The LVESD, LVEDD, CRP and BNP levels in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the LVEF and 6 min walking distance in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P 〈 0.05 ).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: L-carnitine combined with coenzyme Q10 can lower the levels of CRP and BNP and improve cardiac function in patients with severe chronic heart failure, which can significantly reduce the cardiac muscular oxygen consumption and raise the exercise tolerance.
