摘要 介绍了煤气化过程中气化废渣的主要成分和有效处理方式,对甲醇制烯烃过程的废碱液和废黄油的产生过程进行了分析,详细介绍了处理废碱液的两种方法:焚烧法和湿式空气氧化法。废碱液中含有大量黄油,预防废黄油的产生,不但可以减少对废黄油的处理量,也可降低废碱液的处理难度。有效处理煤化工过程产生的废物是煤化工健康可持续发展的重要条件之一。 The main compositions and effective treatment methods of gasification slag in the coal chemical industry process were introduced in the paper. Generation of alkaline wastewater and grease waste in MTO process was analyzed. Two treatment methods of alkaline wastewater were introduced in detail: incineration and wet air oxidation.There was a lot of grease in the alkaline wastewater. Prevention of grease waste generation could not only reduce treatment volume of grease waste, but also reduce treatment difficulty of alkaline wastewater. Treating waste produced in the coal chemical industry process effectively was one on the important conditions of healthy and sustainable development of the coal chemical industry.
