摘要
山西焦化集团有限公司实施重苯回配焦油加工改造后,工业萘蒸馏系统出现工艺波动大、中性酚盐和脱酚酚油的产品质量下降、洗涤工业萘无法满足负荷生产等问题,针对这些问题,提出了改造方案,采取了以下措施:通过将萘油溢流管线、酚油采出管线进行管线扩径,并增加相应的气调阀和流量计,优化工艺操作使酚油带水量减少等。工艺改进后,提高了焦油加工生产的稳定性,并产生了良好的经济效益。
After the implementation of heavy benzene-back distribution tar renovation in the industrial naphthalene distillation system of Shanxi Coking Group Co., Ltd., the process fluctuation was higher, the product quality of neutral phenolate and dephenollized phenol oil was reduced, washing industrial naphthalene section could not run at full load and the process stability was poor. For these problems, renovation schemes were proposed: expanding the size of naphthalene oil overflow piping and phenol oil production piping, adding corresponding gas regulating valve and flow meter, optimizing the process operation to reduce water content of phenol oil. After these process improvements the problems were solved, and the stability of tar producing was improved with good economic benefits.
