摘要
综述了几种国内外已应用或研发的结晶器表面处理技术及其特点,简要介绍了磁控溅射镀膜技术及其优点,同时提出采用磁控溅射镀膜技术对结晶器进行表面改性,以使其达到使用要求。
The paper summarized the mold surface treatment technology has been used in several domestic and foreign research and its characteristics,briefly introduces the magnetron sputtering technology and its advantages,and puts forward the mould surface modification using magnetron sputtering technology,so as to meet the use requirements.
