Development of Electric System for GMC96_B Rail Grinding Train Power Car

介绍了七节GMC96_B型钢轨打磨列车,阐述了该列车动力车(简称A车)电气系统。该系统联合CAT公司、VOITH公司及Rexroth公司,完成列车双模式牵引系统;联合法国SDMO公司及英国F.G.WILSON公司,完成动力车、宿营车及非打磨作业车风源系统的供电;联合北京东风机车电器厂、中铁咨询公司,实现了列车动力牵引PLC网络控制。最终较好地实现了GMC96型钢轨打磨列车动力车电气系统的开发研制。

In this paper,the seven section GMC96B type rail grinding train is introduced, and the electric system of the train（A） is described. This system combined with CAT company,VOITH company and Rexroth company,to complete the dual-mode traction system;combined with the French SDMO company and the British company F.G.WILSON,to complete the power car,camping vehicles and non car air supply system of the grinding operation power supply;Beijing Dongfeng Locomotive Electric Appliance Factory,iron consulting firm,realized the train traction power network control PLC. In the end,the development of the electric system of the GMC96 rail grinding train power vehicle is realized.
