摘要 人员闸门作为安全壳压力边界的组成部分,在反应堆正常运行、异常运行和事故工况期间,应能确保其完整性和密封性。AP1000依托项目(三门一期和海阳一期)人员闸门按照ASMEⅢ、ASMEⅨ标准设计、制造、检验、测试,在国产化的过程存在一定的难度,从开工前的技术准备到制造过程中关键工序的控制,阐述了如何有效保证人员闸门质量。 Personnel airlock as one part of containment pressure boundary should be able to ensure its integrity and leakproofness while the reactor is operating normally or abnormally,even under accident conditions. AP1000 project personnel airlock was designed,manufactured,inspected and tested according to ASME standard,while thereare difficulties in the localization process. This paper explains how to ensure the quality of personnel airlocks effectively from the technical preparation before the construction work starts to the key process control in construction.
