摘要 针对目前公交车、娱乐场所等使用的投币系统无法对钱币的面值和币种进行自动分类、计数及收集的问题,研制出一种专用的硬币分离整理装置。通过采用倾斜滑道和沉槽结构实现了硬币的自动分离,利用可视收集管完成硬币的计数和收集功能。该装置调试简单,维护简便,造价低廉,即便于人们的出行及消费,又减少了用于人工整理、清点钱币的开支,环保高效,弥补了目前投币系统单一的存储功能的缺憾。 In order to solve the problem of common coin system cannot automatic counting on different denominations of notes such as the public transport system,and the coin separation sorting device was developed. By means of inclined ramp and heavy tank structure to realize the automatic separation of the coin,using visual collection tube to finished counting and collection function of the coin. This device debugging is simple,easy maintenance,low cost,even in people's travel and consumption,and reduced the spending for manual sorting and counting money,environmental protection and efficient,make up for the current pay the drawback of the system of single storage function.
