环冷机是烧结生产工艺中的重要设备,其主要作用是将烧结机生产出的烧结矿通过鼓风冷却方式,将烧结矿从700~800°降到150°以下,使烧结矿冷却后才能进行皮带运输及筛分,将动静密封胶皮与配对钢板摩擦实现密封改造为将橡胶密封板直接安装在环冷机台车上,同时将摩擦密封钢结构面安装在分箱上,和风箱紧密连接。通过密封改造,经济效益和密封效果显著,有效地防止了发生漏风现象,降低了烧结漏风率,提高了烧结矿产量。
