摘要 在数控车床上采用以车代磨工艺解决飞锤支架的锥孔加工问题,不仅提高了加工效率,降低了加工成本,而且可改善锥度内孔的圆度要求,提高产品的加工质量及使用寿命。与此同时,该工艺方法极大地降低了设备添置的投资成本和风险,适合于类似中小批量、多品种的零件加工。 According to the problem of machining flying hammers brackets′taper holes,used the method of turning instead of grinding by CBN tools after heat-treatment. This kind of technological design is with the advantage of high processing efficiency and low processing cost while it can also improve the taper hole roundness requirements and improve the service life of the product. Meanwhile,this method greatly reduced the equipment investment cost and risk and was suitable for small batch and many varieties of parts processing.
