摘要
以百万千瓦级核电常规岛主给水泵为研究对象,采用ANSYS12.0软件对泵壳、筒体、端盖分别在接管载荷、内压、自重、温度载荷下进行应力分析,并根据应力分布选取可能出现应力集中的路径,进行应力线性化,提取出评定所需的各应力值并进行安全评定。结果表明,在载荷不同的各个工况下,均满足ASME相关标准的安全性要求。
Stress analysis of ANSYS12.0 soft has been developed to analysis pump about pump shell,cylinder and cover under the loading of pressure,gravity and temperature,by taking nuclear conventional island pump as the research object in this paper. Stress value has been extracted from stress distribution for safety assessment. Results indicate that stress analysis of nuclear conventional island pump meet the ASME requirement under all conditions.
