An Outline of Marxist Political Economy of Contemporary China

这是为编著《当代中国马克思主义政治经济学》而撰写的写作提纲,共七个部分:中国走上社会主义道路的历史必然性;对传统社会主义道路的历史考察和经验总结;中国道路现阶段的历史定位和历史任务;中国道路现阶段合乎规律的经济关系;中国道路现阶段的发展理念和发展战略;同中国道路现阶段经济基础相适应的政治形式;中国道路发展的未来趋势。提纲以马克思主义基本理论为指导,以当代中国生产力发展的客观要求为依据,着重揭示后发展国家社会主义现阶段经济运动和经济社会发展的特殊规律。中国特色社会主义本质上是后发展国家所走的一条特殊发展道路,是在总结传统社会主义道路历史经验的基础上,通过"第二次革命"纠正超阶段的错误而开创的,是完成人类社会第二阶段历史任务、为共产主义创造条件的一种特殊形式。当代中国的经济关系和政治形式都不能不具有一定的亦此亦彼和过渡的性质。

The outline of Marxist Political Economy of Contemporary China consists the following seven parts： the historical inevitability of the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics; a historical review and lessons of traditional socialism; the target and historic mission of Chinese path of socialism at the present stage; economic relations that conform to the law of social development;current strategies of development; political form that fits the economic foundation of the Chinese path at the present stage and the future direction of the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Following the guidance of basic principles of Marxism and the requirement of productive forces of contemporary China, the outline aims to study the special law revealed in economic activities of developing countries at the present stage of socialism. As a special development path of developing countries, the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics was made by drawing historical lessons from traditional socialism and correcting deviations of ＂the Second Revolution＂. As a special form that created favorable conditions for communism, the path also marked the successful accomplishment of historic mission of the second phase of society. Thus the economic relations and political form of contemporary China share some common characteristics of social transition.
