建筑幕墙、雨篷、采光顶工程量清单设置的思路研究

2013工程量清单规范建筑幕墙、雨棚、采光顶的清单子目设置与现行规范并未完全接轨。带骨架幕墙清单子目及计算规则的设置,应结合幕墙自身的特点,对玻璃幕墙、金属幕墙加以区分。幕墙工程的钢结构是否列项,应从幕墙工程的系统性出发进行判断。全玻璃幕墙清单需对全玻璃幕墙、点支承幕墙进一步细分。雨棚、采光顶计算规则的设置需考虑两者施工工艺及结构形式相似性。对开窗器、遮阳格栅、干挂石材线条等清单规范中的缺项子目需补充完善。

2013 BOQ regulates that building curtain wall, canopy and daylighting bill subtitle setup is not fully connected with current specification. Own features of curtain wall should be combined aiming at setup of BOQ subtitle and calculation rules of frame curtain wall, thereby distinguishing glass curtain wall and metal curtain wall. Whether steel structure of curtain wall project is listed or not should be judged from systematic property of curtain wall project. Whole-glass curtain wall BOQ should be further divided aiming at full-glass curtain wall and point-support curtain wall. Construction process and structure form similarity thereof should be considered aiming at setup canopy and daylighting top calculation rules. Deficient sub-items in list specification should be supplemented and perfected such as window opener, sunshade grille, dry-hanging stone line, etc.
