摘要
赢得值法是进行项目费用和进度综合控制的有效手段,本文提出了电网企业采用赢得值进行基建项目管理的具体方法,结合实际应用情况,总结了应用成效,提出了改进措施。
The earned value method is an effective means for comprehensive control of project oost and progress. In the paper, con- crete methods of power grid enterprises to adopt earned value method for management of infrastructure construction project. Actual application condition is combined for summarizing the application results. And the article puts forward some improved measures.
