工程量清单模式下灌注桩工程结算分析

通过两家桩基公司共同承担一个灌注桩项目施工,工程结算结果有很大差异的案例,总结工程量清单模式下,综合单价合同灌注桩工程的结算要点,包括:施工合同至上原则;计价规范为主,定额基价补充完善;正确理解《计价规范》工程量计量规则;正确理解设计意图,明确"桩长"概念和结算取值标准;确定超灌高度取值标准等。明确了项目特征发生变化时,要根据变化有理合规地调差结算,不可项目替代。介绍了钢筋含量差增减钢筋量的计算软件和结算方法,要求工程结算要贯穿工程全过程,项目投标时就开始考虑直至审计结束费用结清为止;合理合规地善用结算技巧;避免发生结算缺漏项等"结算亏损";规避结算风险和结算纠纷,提高工程利润。

Correct un- derstanding of quantities measurement rules in ＇Price Specification＇; correct understanding of design intent, identification of ＇pile length＇ concept and settlement value standards; determination of ultra filling height value standards, etc. It has been made clear that difference should be adjusted rationally for settlement according to change when project features are changed, and project replace- ment is not available. Calculation software and settlement method of steel bar content difference, increase and decrease of steel bar quantity are introduced. It is required that project settlement should penetrate through the whole process of the project. It should be considered since project bidding until audit ending and cost settlement. Settlement skills should be used rationally, settlement item de- ficiency and other ＇settlement loss＇ should be avoided, settlement risks and settlement disputes can be avoided. Project profits can be improved.
