摘要
工程项目造价估算是项目决策的重要依据之一,是保证项目顺利完成筹资和有效使用资金的关键。工程建设中存在着严重的"三超"现象即概算超估算,预算超概算,决算超预算,本文在研究投资估算编制方法的基础上,研究了传统和现代的投资估算方法,使用多元线性回归的统计方法,结合现代投资估算中的RBF神经网络,构建了一种工程投资估算的方法,使工程造价估算更加准确。
Project cost estimation is one of important basis of project decision-making. It is critical for the project to smoothly complete funding and effectively use fund. The project construction has serious 'Sanchao' phenomena, namely budget higher than estimation, estimation higher than budget and final account higher than budget; In the paper, traditional and modern investment estimation meth- ods are studied on the basis of studying investment estimate preparation method. Statistic method of multiple linear regression is used, RBF neural network in modern investment estimation is combined for constructing an engineering investment estimation method, and thereby project cost estimation can be more accurate.
