摘要
针对影响砂轮磨削性能的因素众多的特点,利用单因素试验法进行磨削齿轮试验,获得中间参数及输出参数,并采用灰色关联法对砂轮磨削性能进行了综合评价。最终得出了砂轮磨削性能最优情况下对应的磨削参数。研究实例表明,灰色关联分析法能够处理复杂、信息不完全的问题,该分析方法是评价砂轮性能的一种合理有效的方法。
In order to evaluate grinding performance, this paper conducted a single-factor experiment for considering the various factors influence of grinding performance. The parameters of performance evaluation index had been obtained and used in the grey relational analysis for evaluating the wheel grinding performance. The research results showed that grey relational analysis can handle the complicated problems with incomplete information. It also illustrated this method can be as a reasonable and available method to evaluate the wheel grinding performance.
