摘要
针对强流质子RFQ加速器电极检测存在的难点,利用三坐标检测设备,选择合适的检测工具和参数,建立合理的虚拟基准,同时采用反求工程的方法实现复杂曲面的测量。通过试验验证,该检测方法合理可靠,检测结果符合技术指标要求。
This paper is aimed at the problems existing in the detection of RFQ intense-beam proton accelerator electrode. Measurement of complex surface is realized by using three-coordinate measurement machine, selecting appropriate tools and parameters, establishing reasonable virtual reference, and choosing reverse engineering method. Tests indicate that the measurement is reasonable and reliable, and the results meet the design specification.
