"十二五"期间,中国牛羊肉市场呈现以下特点:产量稳步增长;需求增速放缓;牛肉价格高位趋稳,羊肉价格高位震荡下跌;牛肉进口持续增加,羊肉进口连增后减少。"十三五"期间,中国将大力发展草食畜牧业,牛羊肉产量有望稳步增长。考虑经济增速放缓、人口继续增加、城镇化步伐加快等因素影响,预计牛羊肉消费继续稳步增加,价格稳中略涨。

During the 12 th Five-Year Plan period, China＇s beef and mutton market had the following characteristics： steady growth in output; slow growth in demand; high and stabilized beef price and seesawing ever lower in mutton price; continuous increase in beef imports and reduce in mutton imports after a continuous increase. In the period of the 13 th Five-Year Plan, China will focus on developing herbivorous animal husbandry.As a result, the beef and mutton production is expected to grow steadily. Taking account of the influences of economic slowdown, continuously increased population, and accelerated urbanization, beef and mutton consumption will keep increasing steadily while the price will mostly remain stable with a slight increase.
