Science and Technology Innovation and Application of Agro-related Enterprises in Xinjiang——A Case Study of Agro-related Township Enterprises

科技的不断创新,进一步推进新疆新型企业建设以及乡镇涉农企业技术创新体系的建立。通过引入科学规律的创新方法和工具,完善技术管理流程,提高乡镇涉农企业自主创新能力;不断提高创新人才的研发能力,促进乡镇涉农企业的产品更新换代、生产工艺改进、产品附加值提高、研发能力和水平提高,为乡镇涉农企业带来更大的经济效益,最终形成适合其自身发展的行业化创新模式和系统化创新体系。

With the continuous innovation of science and technology, the construction of new type of enterprises in Xinjiang will be further promoted, and the establishment of technology innovation system of agro-related enterprises will be promoted. Through the introduction of scientific and innovative methods and tools, the author suggested that we should improve the technical management processes and the capacity of independent innovation of agro-related township enterprises; constantly improve the RD capability of innovative talents, promote the upgrading of agro-related township enterprises, improve production technology, enhance product added value and improve the ability and level of RD to bring greater economic benefits for the agro-related township enterprises. And ultimately, an industry-oriented innovation mode and systematic innovation system for their own development will be costructed.
