伤科黄水缓解肋骨骨折疼痛的护理观察

To investigate the nursing effect of the herbal yellow water on alleviating the pain due to traumatic rib fractures

目的:观察伤科黄水用于缓解创伤性肋骨骨折疼痛的护理效果。方法:创伤性肋骨骨折采用保守治疗的患者40例,在护理上,随机分为观察组20例和对照组20例。观察组给予伤科黄水浸湿的纱布,外敷肋骨骨折部位,对照组给予普通无菌纱块外敷。采用VRS评分每日对患者的疼痛程度进行评分。结果:伤后1周内,观察组的疼痛程度小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),1周后两组基本相同,差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论:伤科黄水外敷肋骨骨折部位可有效缓解骨折后早期的疼痛,有利于患者的康复。

Objective：To investigate the nursing effect of the herbal yellow water on alleviating the pain due to traumatic rib fractures. Methods：40 cases suffered from traumatic rib fractures were randomly divided into observation group（20 cases） and control group（ 20 cases）. In nursing, external applications of herbal yellow water gauze were used to the fracture sites of the cases of observation group, while common dry gauze were used to the control group. The VRS score was used to evaluate the pain degree. Results：Within l week after injury, the pain degree of the observation group was less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）, while there was no statistically significant difference （P 〉 0.05） after 1 week＇s nursing. Conclusion ＆experience including external ribs fracture can effectively reduce the pain of early after fracture, is beneficial to the recovery of patients.VRS score grading, pain cases the differences in the experimental group and control group was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：External applications of herbal yellow water gauze can effectively reduce the pain of of patients suffered from rib fractures in the early stage, and it is beneficial to the recovery of rib fractures.
