摘要
目的:建立高效液相法测定消障灵丸中芍药苷含量的方法。方法:用Agilent 5TC-C18(2)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5um)为色谱柱,以甲醇-0.2%磷酸(29:71)为流动相,柱温25℃,流速1.0m L/min,检测波长为230nm。结果:芍药苷进样量在0.1668-0.584μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.97%,RSD=1.49%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便\快速、专属性好,可用于消障灵丸的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for the determination of the paeoniflorin content in Xiaozhangling Pill.Methods:The chromatographic column was the Agilent 5TC-C18(2) column(250mm×4.6mm, Sum) and the mobile phase was methanol;0.2%phosphoric acid(29:71).the detection wavelength was at 230nm and the flow rate was 1.0mL/min. Resp.Lts :The sample size of paeoniflorin within the ranger of 0.1668-0.584×g exhibited the good linear relation(r=0.9999)and the average recovery rate was 98.97%,RSD=l.49%(n=6). Conclusion This method is simple,rapid and accurate ,which is suitable for the quality control of Xiaozhangling Pill.
