中药联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良的疗效评价

TCM more Pan Li ketone curative effect evaluation for the treatment of functional dyspepsia

目的:探讨中药联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:54例功能性消化不良患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组27例。对照组患者单用多潘立酮治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合中药治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗2周后,研究组治愈13例,显效11例,有效2例,无效2例,治疗总有效率为92.59%(25/27),对照组治愈9例,显效8例,有效4例,无效6例,治疗总有效率为77.78%(21/27),两组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药与多潘立酮联合应用能有效改善功能性消化不良患者的临床症状,疗效安全可靠,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective ： to study the traditional Chinese medicine combined many Pan Li ketone clinical curative effect for the treatment of functional dyspep- sia. Methods： 54 patients with functional dyspepsia were as the research object, according to random number table method was divided into control group and research group, each group of 27 cases. More than the control group patients use Pan Li methadone treatment, the team in the control group on the ba- sis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Contrast the treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results： after treatment for 2 weeks, the team cure 13 cases, 11 cases were markedly effective, effective in 2 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, the total effective rate was 92.59% （25/27）, the control group cure 9 cases, 8 cases were markedly effective, effective 4 cases, 6 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 77.78% （21/27）, two group total effective rate is statistically significant differences （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） with multiple Pan Li ketone joint application can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with functional dyspepsia, safe and reliable curative effect, has the important clinical application value.
