通过对国内外循证护理实践培训的方法、内容以及培训效果测评等进行综述,指出国内循证护理实践培训现存的问题,即培训片面化、内容简单化以及测评工具不统一等问题,并提出对策,为国内开展相关的培训提供参考。

Through summarizing methods, contents and the evaluation of training effectiveness evidence - based nursing practice training. The paper pointed out the present issues of evidence - based nursing practice training in China, including one - sided training, simple training content and different evaluation tools. And the countermeasures and references were provided for conducting relevant training in China.
