摘要
文章回顾了早产儿昼夜节律性的生理基础及昼夜节律性光照的作用机制,总结了国内外早产儿室昼夜节律性光照的应用研究现状,阐述了光照的时间、强度设定、使用方法及效果,以期为新生儿医护人员提供客观的早产儿室光线管理办法。
The article reviewed the physiological basis of circadian rhythms in preterm infants and the effect of circadian lighting system,summarized the application of circadian lighting and related research in China and abroad, and described the lighting time, intensity, methods and their effects in detail, in order to provide a practicable approach to light management of preterm infants room for neonatal medical staff.
