摘要
目的评价跨理论模型的认知干预改善2型糖尿病合并轻度认知功能障碍患者认知功能、糖尿病自我管理及血糖控制能力的效果。方法将108例2型糖尿病合并轻度认知功能障碍患者分为对照组与实验组,对照组采用常规认知干预,实验组采用基于跨理论模型的认知干预。结果干预1个月、3个月、6个月实验组日常生活能力得分均高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),干预后3个月、6个月后,实验组简易精神状态检查、糖尿病自我管理能力、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论基于跨理论模型的认知干预能更好地评估患者的行为阶段,促进患者行为改变,提高患者认知功能和糖尿病自我管理水平,改善血糖控制情况。
Objective To explore the effects of cognitive training based on the Transtheoretical Model (TTM) on cognitive function and self management a- bility and glycemic control ability among type 2 diabetic mellitus( DM ) patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Methods Total, 108 type 2 DM patients with MCI randomly divided into two group, the control group received normal cognitive training, and the experimental group received cognitive training based on TIM. Results The Activity of daily living scores in the experimental group were higher than the control group in 1 month,3 months,6 months after intervention ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ) ,3 months ,6 months after the intervention, the mini mental state examination, diabetes self - management ability ,2 h postprandial blood glucose and hemoglobin in the experimental group were higher than the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Cognitive training based on TTM can help to as- sessment the behavior stage of type 2 DM patients with MCI, and promote patients behavior change, improve cognitive function and daily life activities ability and the level of self management and the control of blood sugar.
