信息-动机-行为技巧模型在永久性造口患者护理中的应用实践

Application of information-motivation-behavioral skills model in nursing care of patients with permanent colostomy

目的探讨信息-动机-行为技巧模型在永久性造口患者护理中的应用效果。方法将184例永久性造口患者分为实验组93例和对照组91例,对照组患者接受常规护理,实验组患者应用信息-动机-行为技巧模型实施干预,包括成立干预小组,对患者进行信息干预、动机干预和行为技巧干预。结果实验组患者出院后1个月和3个月自我护理能力高于对照组(P<0.01);造口并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论应用信息-动机-行为技巧模型进行干预,可有效提高永久性造口患者的自我护理能力,避免造口后并发症的发生,促进了永久性造口患者生活质量的提高。

Objective To investigate the application of the information - motivation - behavioral skills model （IMB） in the nursing care of patients with permanent colostomy. Methods Totally, 184 cases of permanent colostomy were divided into two group,93 cases in experimental group and 91 cases in control group. The control group received routine care. The experimental group used the IMB model of intervention measures. Results The self - care ability of the pa- tients in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group after 1 month and 3 months discharged （ P 〈0.01 ）. The incidence of colostomy complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group 1 month and 3 months discharged （ P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The IMB model can significantly improve the self - care ability of patients with permanent colostomy, reduce the incidence of postoperative compli- cations, and improve quality of life.
