医护合作预防老年患者高渗药物静脉渗漏性损伤的效果研究

Research on doctor-nurse cooperation to prevent elderly patients with venous leakage injury caused by high permeability drug

目的评价医护合作在预防老年患者高渗性药物输液渗漏性损伤中的效果。方法成立医护合作小组,明确岗位职责发挥专业特点,规范高渗性药物输液流程及管理。结果高渗性药物治疗选择中心静脉置管比例、输液渗漏发生率、医护合作与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论医护合作能有效预防老年患者高渗性药物输液渗漏性损伤发生,提高输液护理质量。

Objective To evaluate the effect of doctor - nurse cooperation in preventing elderly patients with venous leakage injury caused by high permea- bility drug. Methods To establish the doctor - nurse cooperation group which had clear post responsibility to exert themselves professional eharacteristics,then to standardize the infusion process and management of high permeability drug. Results The doctor - nurse cooperation group had significant statistical difference （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ） in the cathetering proportion of central venous catheter, the incidence rate of infusion leakage injury compared with control grnup. Conclusion Doctor - nurse cooperation can effectively prevent the occurrence of elderly patients with venous leakage injury caused by high permeability drug and improve the quality of transfusion nursing.
