洗衣机洗涤性能试验新方法的研究

传统洗衣机性能评价方法是以制造商声明的额定容量作为试验负载质量进行试验。随着市场竞争加剧,部分产品尽管容量标称值不断提升,但实际洗涤筒(桶)容量并未增加,由此导致产品洗涤性能下降,损害了消费者权益。针对这个问题,新洗衣机性能标准提出了以洗衣机"洗涤筒(桶)有效容量"为基础的试验负载质量计算方法,以此彻底杜绝了洗衣机容量虚标的问题。

The traditional washing machine performance test method base on the manufacturer＇s rated capacity as the test load quality. Because of the rising market competition, although the nominal capacity of some product continues to increase, but the actual capacity of washing machine drum （barrel） has not increased, which led to the decline in the washing performance, damaged the legal rights of consumers. For this problem, the new standard of washing machine performance test put forward the ＂effective capacity of washing machine drum （barrel）＂ be used as the basis of the test load capacity, so as to completely eliminate the nominal capacity oversized of the washing machine.
