本文结合一种空调器室内机使用的陶瓷PTC发热组件内部异响进行分析,研究造成陶瓷PTC发热组件内部异响的机理,进而通过各种整改尤其是关键部件绝缘膜的整改降低陶瓷PTC内部异响的故障率,进而达到降低空调器售后故障率的目的。

In this paper, combined with a use of ceramic PTC heating components inside the house sound analysis, study the mechanism of the ceramic PTC heating components, sound, and through a variety of improvement especially the key components of insulation membrane reduce the failure rate of ceramic PTC internal sound, thus achieve the goal of reducing air conditioner after failure
