摘要
本文提出一种应用于移动空调冷凝水排除的离心雾化方法,利用高速旋转的圆盘状打水轮与喷淋到打水轮端部的冷凝水之间的强剪切作用实现水的破裂和雾化,可有效排除制冷过程中所形成的冷凝水,并提高移动空调的能效比,降低雾化过程中形成的噪音水平。
This paper presents a centrifugal atomization method applied in portable air conditioner. The high shear between the disc-shape splash wheel rotating at high speed and condensing water injected onto the side of splash wheel realizes the efficient break-up and atomization of water. The condensing water can be removed in high efficiency during cooling, while the energy efficiency ratio is increased and noise during splashing is decreased.
